Rates
All units are non smoking, There is a $250 cleaning fee for anyone smoking in a unit. No pets are allowed on the property. There is no refund for early departure.
Our cancellations Policy: You are responsible for all nights you reserved. If you have to cancel your reservation more that 30 days prior to arrival, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee for rooms and $50.00 for cabins. Within 30 days of arrival a cancellation will result in the forfeit of deposit. Stays cannot be shortened within the last 30 days.

All of the cabins are on the river and have a gas grill on the deck.
The one bedroom cabins are priced for 2 people and the two bedrooms cabins are priced for 4 people.
Any additional person are $10.00 each per night. No charge for children 3 and under.
