Riverview Pines is on beautiful Fall River between Castle Mountain and Old Man Mountain. Walk right out the door and fish for trout in the river or just relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. Outdoor Hot Tub, playground, practice putting green, shuffleboard and horseshoes are also available on our 4 1/2 acres of land. We're conveniently located 1 mile from downtown Estes Park and 3 miles from the North Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

The Fall River winds its way through our property where you may fish just outside your door, picnic, barbecue or just relax and listen to the river meander on its way through our peaceful surroundings. After your day of hiking enjoy marshmallows over our fire pit on the river. We also have a children's playground, horse shoes, shuffleboard, basketball and hot tub for your enjoyment.

Riverview Pines offers a variety of accommodations to suit the needs of everyone. All of our units have cable color T.V., carpeting, individually controlled heating, small refrigerator, microwave, in room phones and tiled tub/shower combinations. All rooms are no smoking.

 

Room Descriptions

Room on the river room on the river

2 Queen - spacious room with sliding glass doors to private balconies or patios overlooking the Fall River. These rooms have two queen beds, sofa, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee pot. Sleep four and priced for 2 with adjoining room available.

 

King Room with sliding glass doors to private balcony overlooking Fall River. This room has a king and twin bed, coffee pot, microwave and small refrigerator. Sleeps three.

 

Family room - Unit has two queen beds and a separate bedroom with a queen bed. Main room has sliding glass doors to a private balcony, small refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. Sleeps six with adjoining deluxe room available.

 

  These rooms open on May 15th! Rates range from 82-159 depending on the season and number of nights and people.

There are outside charcoal grills for your use.

All rooms are priced for 2 people except 26 and that is priced for 4 people. Each additional person is 10.00 for all rooms.
